Easy Returns & Cancellations

At Yarn Food, we want you to absolutely love everything you buy from us. But if it’s not quite what you were expecting, no worries—we’re here to help!

Returning Your Item

If you need to return something, you’ve got 30 days from when it arrives to send it back. Just make sure it’s unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Simple, right?

Changed Your Mind?

We get it—sometimes plans change. If you decide to cancel your order before it’s been shipped, just pop us an email at support@yarnfood.com. We’ll cancel it and get back to you within one working day. It’s as easy as that!

Missing or Faulty Items?

We do our best to make sure everything arrives just right, but if something’s gone wrong, we’re on it! If your item is incorrect or faulty, just email us at support@yarnfood.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a quick description, and some photos so we can fix things as quickly as possible.


How to Return

Returning something? Please include your receipt or proof of purchase so we can match it to your order. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days—straight back to your original payment method. Easy peasy!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Refund Delays: If your refund hasn’t shown up yet, it might still be processing. Check with your bank or card provider, and if it’s still not there, shoot us an email and we’ll look into it.
  • Returning Gifts: If you’re returning a gift, we’ll issue a gift credit for you. If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, we’ll refund the original purchaser instead.
  • Your Rights: Don’t worry, our returns policy doesn’t affect your legal rights. If you have any questions about your rights, feel free to get in touch with your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
