FREE UK Standard Delivery
We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on all product orders over £25. For orders below this threshold, the following shipping rates apply:
UK Shipping Options
- UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 (2-3 working days)
- UK Express Delivery: £6.95 (1-2 working days, orders must be placed by 2pm BST)
Our delivery partner aims to deliver within 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery across the UK mainland (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please allow additional time for deliveries to the UK highlands and islands.
International Shipping Options
- Europe Standard Delivery: £14.99 (3-10 working days, customs dependent)
- International Tracked Courier Delivery: £35.00 (3-10 working days, customs dependent)
Note: Taxes and import duties may apply to international shipping outside the UK, which may cause delays.
Delivery Notifications
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been despatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time, please contact us.
- We typically send all items in one parcel. However, in rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will despatch the available items immediately and ship the rest once available, at no extra shipping cost. You will be notified via email or phone if this happens.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
We are unable to split orders between multiple addresses. If you're gifting someone alongside treating yourself, you can either:- Place two separate orders online.
- Email our Customer Services team, and we'll assist you with your order. We aim to respond within 24 hours, usually sooner.
