Sensitive Wash is designed for those who want natural-fibre care with as little added as possible. With no added fragrance or essential oils, it offers clean, uncomplicated care for delicate garments.

DESIGNED WITH SENSITIVE SKIN IN MIND
Fragrance-free and enriched with aloe vera, Sensitive Wash is designed for sensitive skin and for anyone who prefers their laundry care unscented.

PARTICULARLY SUITED FOR SILK
Silk benefits from especially gentle care. Because Sensitive Wash contains no added fragrance oils, it is a particularly good choice for helping preserve silk’s natural softness, smooth feel and lustre over time.

ONE WASH FOR NATURAL FIBRES
Suitable for wool, cashmere, merino, silk, cotton, linen, bamboo, hemp and other natural fibres and blends.

WITH ALOE VERA
Enriched with aloe vera for gentle care of delicate fibres and sensitive skin.

NO REPEATED RINSING REQUIRED
Sensitive Wash uses surfactants that loosen dirt from the fibres and suspend it in the wash water. When you lift the garment out, the loosened dirt stays in the water rather than settling back into the fibres. Because the formula is low-foaming, repeated rinsing isn’t needed. This means less handling and agitation of delicate fibres during washing, while allowing the caring ingredients to remain in the garment.

Ideal for delicate natural-fibre garments, silk pieces, cashmere, knitwear, baby knits and other items where fragrance-free care is preferred.

IDEAL FOR HAND-KNITS AND BLOCKING TOO
Our roots are in knitting, and Sensitive Wash is also suitable for the first wash and wet blocking of handmade natural-fibre garments.

UP TO 60 WASHES
Use 5 ml / approximately 3 pumps in soft water or 10 ml / approximately 6 pumps in hard water per 5 litres of water.

Completely fragrance-free.

Sensitive Wash contains no added perfume or essential oils. This makes it ideal for sensitive skin, for anyone who prefers unscented garment care, and for delicate fibres such as silk where avoiding added fragrance oils helps maintain the fibre’s naturally smooth feel and lustrous appearance.

HAND WASHING

Fill a basin with 5 litres of cold to tepid water.

Add 3–6 pumps (5–10 ml) of Sensitive Wash:

• 3 pumps / 5 ml for soft water
  
• 6 pumps / 10 ml for hard water
  

Submerge the garment and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Gently squeeze out excess water. Avoid rubbing, wringing or excessive agitation.

Roll the garment in a clean towel and press out further moisture.

Lay flat, hang or block to dry, depending on the garment.

There is no need for repeated rinsing.

Always follow the yarn ball’s or garment manufacturer’s washing and temperature instructions.

MACHINE WASHING

Our No-Rinse Washes are designed primarily as a gentle hand-wash treatment. We therefore recommend using the hand-wash method above for particularly delicate, handmade or treasured garments.

If you still choose to use Sensitive Wash in the washing machine:

Use Sensitive Wash on an appropriate wool, delicate or gentle cycle, following the yarn ball’s or garment manufacturer’s washing and temperature instructions.

2–10% anionic surfactants; <5% non-ionic surfactants; <5% amphoteric surfactants; aloe vera; phenoxyethanol; potassium sorbate.

Warning: Causes serious eye irritation.

If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear eye protection.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice or attention.
